Everything behind the demo

The records, imports and day-to-day tools that keep a clinic running and keep you ready for an audit.

Know who did what, and what was sent

Three read-only logs: every change to your records, every consent event, and every message sent to a patient. Nobody can edit them, including admins.

Bring your old records with you

Switching shouldn't mean starting from zero. Send us your register or spreadsheet and we help you load it, with every problem row explained before anything is saved.

  1. Upload your file

Excel or CSV from your old software or your paper register.

  2. We check every row

Missing phone numbers, bad dates and unknown values are flagged with a reason.

  3. Review duplicates

Rows that look like an existing patient are held back for you to decide.

  4. Import

Good rows become patients and history. Nothing is lost if you stop halfway.

The rest of the clinic day, covered

The everyday work around the consultation, without a second tool.

Appointments and tokens

Book slots by doctor, set leave and extra sessions, and give walk-ins a token number.

GST-ready billing

Invoices with CGST, SGST or IGST, HSN or SAC codes, discounts with a reason, and refunds on record.

Prescriptions and dispensing

Medicine catalogue by specialty, printable prescription, and a record of what the pharmacy counter handed out.

Lab tests and procedures

Order tests during the visit, attach reports to the visit, and bill the procedure from the same screen.

Follow-ups that happen

The doctor sets a follow-up date on the prescription. It is tracked, and a new visit starts when the patient returns.

Messages to patients

Reminder and notification wording written once by you, filled in with the patient's details, with a log of what was sent.

Owner dashboard

Daily snapshots of visits, slots booked and collections, shown on the owner dashboard.

Staff roles

Receptionist, doctor and admin each see only what their work needs. Turn modules on or off per clinic.

See it set up for your specialty

Tell us what kind of clinic you run. In the demo we load that specialty's fields and a sample prescription, and show you how your own wording would look.
